Refund policy

Returns are accepted only if the items are in perfect original condition. You may return items up to 30 days from the date of the original delivery confirmation. Please include your name and email in the package when returning. As soon as we receive the item and it is confirmed to be in original condition, you will be issued a full refund. Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping.

We will NOT accept returns/exchanges on personalized items if YOU have misspelled the personalization. Please double check all personalization before finalizing your order.
